- 14" Counterweight Shaft - This new shaft is a shorter version of the 19.5" shaft (sold separately as M12601-D) that we introduced with the 2006 run of the 1200GTO. The overall length of the shaft is 14" and its useable length (excludes the part of the shaft that threads into the mount) is about 13". It features a new machined safety stop knob (M12676). We also offer an optional 9" shaft extension (M12675) with a useable length of 8.5" If you thread the extension into the 14" shaft, you will have a useable length of 21.5".
- Lead-free Electronics - Throughout 2007, we will be phasing in lead-free electronics for all of our mounts. In the first phase, all 900GTO mounts (and other electronics) shipping to customers in the European Union will have lead-free electronic components due to regulations which went into effect on July 1, 2006.
