Baader 2” Stop-ring with Brass Clamping Ring and Thumb Screws (BP2SR)

The Baader 2” stop-ring is used as a spacer to prevent the barrel of 2” eyepieces from inserting too deeply into the Herschel prism. This is important when the polarizing filter is installed. The stop-ring has a net spacing of approximately 5 mm and prevents the eyepiece barrel from touching the filter.

The Stop-ring has an internal brass clamping ring that protects your expensive eyepieces from being marred when the two thumb screws are tightened.
