Adapter to use DOVEDV10 and DOVE08 with 1100, 900 and Mach1 Mounts (Q4047)

Since the 8" Dovetail Plate (DOVE08, discontinued) is so short, an adapter is required to raise it up above the top of the 900, 1100 or Mach1GTO declination axis so that the knobs clear. It may also be used to provide additional clearance for the middle knob position of the DOVEDV10.
